I am currently working and have no means of cooking anything other than a microwave and a slow cooker. I don’t even have a stove to brown anything on and I’ve never used a slow cooker.
What are some decent things to eat that I can make with these resources?

shredded chicken for tacos
red beans and rice
soups of all kinds
brats and beer with some sliced onions
pulled pork
Slow cookers are very versatile. They're just... slow.
Going into the cooler months, I like this shredded hash brown potato soup to set out in the morning for a weekday dinner when I know it's going to be rainy and cold by the time I get home. All I have to do once I make it home is to melt in and heat the cream cheese and garnish.
1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash-brown potatoes
2 cans (14 oz ea) chicken broth
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese; softened
2 cups shredded cheddar
chopped bacon
minced green onion
In a crock pot, combine potatoes, broth, soup, onion, 1 cup cheddar, and pepper. Cover, and cook on low for 5 hours.
Stir in cream cheese, cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until combined.
Garnish with green onion, and/or Cheddar and bacon if desired.

Boston butt and a jar of jack miller. Grab a bag of slaw mix, jar of dressing. Make sliders with pulled pork topped with the slaw.

On the aisle with the gravy packets there is a whole section of slow cooker mixes.

Chicken with Frank's red hot so pretty much shredded Buffalo chicken.
Also, you may want to look into an instant pot. They are a bit pricey, but fast and you can make more shite in them

4-lb rump roast, chuck roast, or top round.
1 yellow onion
2 bell peppers
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/4 stick of butter
3 boullion cubes
Salt and pepper
Set the cooker for ten hours.
When it's done, seperate the meat from the broth and refrigerate both.
After an hour or two scoop the chilled grease layer from the top of the broth and dispose of it. Slice the beef cross-grain and toss it in the broth and stir.
When you're ready to eat it reheat the desired portions in the microwave. (Or a stove when you get one.)
I'm a bachelor and I do this once a week and I eat the frick out of it all week. It's delicious on French Bread as a Po-boy, or served with mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower if you're going carb-free.
I'm a simple guy with simple needs and this is a simple dish. Bon appetite!
