Last two times I've eaten there the food was so bad, I felt like they stole my money. Service was great though.

Don't go there for steak. It's an Italian restaurant. Go to a steak restaurant.
I love the meat cannelloni, caprese and Lawrence bread.

Have to start the meal out with Lawrence bread. If you don't, you may as well not go.

And whoever downvotes that clearly doesn't deserve Gino's. Reveal yourself so you can be banned from the restaurant.

Honest question. Aren't some Italian restaurants sort of steak houses?

I would not have thought they are, but it seems like I see posts about steak at some Italian places.

Has anybody mentioned the angel hair pasta with white sauce and crabmeat? That stuff is to die for.

I haven't been to Gino's in years (moved out of BR in 2009) but when i used to go they had one of the best filets in the city. I was always torn on what to order because the steak was so good.

I will have to look for that next time.

I always get the arancine but beware, they never have all 3 available. It doesn't matter because I have always liked them all so I just order whatever they happen to have that day. I don't know what I would do if I had a choice one time. lol

If you get it add pasta to it, it doesn't come with any so it is much more of an appetizer than anything.
