But it sounds like this might be your first go around ACTUALLY searching. You'll get the hang of it.

It literally takes up your time to search it out. So be on point when Parish releases the new batch. Nola gets first dibs a week after release. Then the surrounding areas the following week.

You have to call around early. Like a week before. Most stores will tell you their delivery date.

get on a list and/or learn when your local stores get delivery.

Leaving work around 10-12 is a must a lot of the time on delivery days so plan accordingly.

Half the the enjoyment of ghost is the chase to find it. When you call, be polite and act naive. You'll be a pro in no time. Shitloarding is an art. Don't hate on the ones who are on their game... Just be one step ahead. It's really easy once you figure it out.

Yeah, in BR. And I'm not mad, and certainly not mad at anyone here, just frustrated at how easy some people can find it, and I keep calling places that are sold out. Don't mistake my snarky internet banter for anger.

And yes, admittedly, and probably obviously, this is my first active bottle hunt. Last batch, I went through this same thing trying to find it on tap and kept missing out on that too. Bad beer luck, I suppose.

Next time I'm just going to take a day off work and drive to Broussard to grab it direct. It would certainly be less hassle. Plus, opus.

I will say this, parish's hype game is strong. Someone could post on here that this batch of ghost tastes like warm car piss, and I'd probably still be actively looking for it.
