If you mean Gautreau's the menu changes pretty frequently but you can generally count on some form of sweetbreads on the app side and a variant on roast chicken on mains. Nothing flashy on either one - just incredibly well executed and worth your consideration.

They change the menu quite a bit and I seriously doubt anything you order would be anything other than fantastic. It's probably the best restaurant in NOLA that's talked about the least. If you can bring yourself to order the mainstay chicken, it will make you realize that every chicken not served at Gautreau's died in vain.

You can't go wrong with the chicken, but everything our group ordered was phenomenal (save the well done steak my cousin ordered 
)

I suggest you don't give a follow up post whatsoever. Just drop the POS here like everyone else who brags about going out to dinner but don't know how to read a damn menu and decide for themselves.

Duck Confi, Soup du jour (Crab and Corn), The Filet, adn the chocolate Pretzel Tart.
Also got a bit of my brothers pork belly with vanilla roasted pineapple
Everythign was incredibly good.
