Will drink either, but prefer powerade. Sometimes I cut it with water after drinking half.
I think gatorade has more sodium for actual workouts, powerade has more sugar. So I guess it depends on how you are using it...

No. Both do the same thing.
Gatorade tastes better, I guess I'm just used to the taste of it. Powerade hasn't been around as long.
I do try to get more Powerade than Gatorade simply because of UF.
At least I admit it.
I remember when you could buy a bottle of Gatorade in a glass bottle.

Sup Cad? Being diabetic, I tried Powerade Zero after a rec from my Dr.,and now I'm addicted to the Orange. I don't observe any "after taste", like some others.

Try SQWINCHER. In addition to the ready to drink liquid they make freezer sqweeze pops and powder qwik stiks you add to water.
