Green beans and corn ain't did worth a crap. Squash, tomatoes, and eggplant looking good.

Weeds are growing at an outstanding rate.

My green beans are doing fantastic. This year I cypress mulched over dirt-weeds are very maintainable.

I'm not posting pics of mine. It's embarrassing.

Ill get it cleaned up Monday. Thinking the mulch is a good idea.

Getting a fair amount of tomatoes, peppers coming along. Was swamped with loquats a few weeks ago, but those seem to have dried up. Herbs are phenomenal this year, makes me rethink selling the place anytime soon.

You must be far north of Louisiana for lettuce at this time of the year along with apples.

Wow, I am impressed with the apples. I planted two apple trees 5 plus years ago. Last year was the first year the tree did anything (but Issac took the fruit off). My peach tree has had a tremendous year. Not sure if the cooler weather helped or not. Not all of my citrus trees had blooms this year. I had a ridiculous amount of fruit on one particular tree but now have NO flowers/early fruit. Yet my St Anne for the first time has tons of fruit.

Garden and herbs are doing well. Meyer lemons are producing quite nicely, however I only have a few satsumas on my two trees, and only a couple flowers left on my lime tree with no fruit, any ideas what could be happening?

Lots of small citrus, fruit set was v good this year. Sadly, the wet, cool weather was deadly to my tomatoes this year, as almost all have late blight. I'm harvesting a few, but the plants look terrible. I'll be buying toms at the farmers market by mid June.

Fig tree is just sitting around, not even many leaves on it.

That damn fig tree is a waste of space. I planted a highly touted LSU purple variety after Katrina. To date, I've harvested exactly three figs. Meanwhile, all of a mutt fig trees in my area are always productive. A friend with an LSU purple has similar fruiting problems. Moving soon, and I will plant one of the older reliable varieties. To hell with LSU purple figs.

Japs and tomatoes are loaded, picked and pickled some japs already.

Have about 30 myer lemons on the tree but they are still green and on the small size.

Have some Cajun red bell peppers coming in also.

Avocados have nothing, starting to think they may not fruit this year

My tomatoes are just under 2 feet tall (from seed that's about right). Re potted from medium containers into biggest containers yesterday.

Jalapenos had to be re started when first batch of seeds rotted in the cold temps this spring. Second batch is now 4 inches and ready to move from smallest containers to medium sized.

Crepe Myrtles have powdery mildew. Found some sprays on the internet but can't find them at Walmart. Guess I'll have to go to a nursery.

Rosemary bush is doing great. Used some in chicken noodle soup this week. I've never watered it because I was told they like dry feet unless you get a really long drought. We've had plenty enough rain this spring.

Roses are having BEST spring ever. All the neighbors having the same good luck. They must like cooler temps.

Painters are coming to do exterior this week and they want to rip out my English Ivy. I know the stuff is bad for wood but mine is growing on brick and looks great. Told them just to cut it back by half.

Are you kidding? I don't even have a camera on my cellphone.

I've been meaning to learn how to use a camera since I see 8 year old kids with them. I guess it's from my childhood. My parents never took pics. I once told my golfing partner "I better not ever become famous because if Ken Burns wants to do a documentary after I'm dead he's not gonna find any pics of me."
