Birmingham has 3 of these places that I know of...

Brick and Tin
Root and Revelry
Root to Tail

I think all 3 include the terms farm to table in their description.

My son asked me why all the Hardee's in Oregon we're named "Carl's Junior". I told him, "Because people up here think "Hardee's" is a stupid name for a hamburger joint.

There's a restaurant in Santa Monica called "Tar & Roses". I was looking for a restaurant for a pre-proposal dinner and crossed that off the list immediately even though it had great reviews.

Olive or Twist is a great name. It’s a play on Oliver Twist with cocktail words.. for a cocktail bar. It’s brilliant.
