Frozen poached lobster, still good?

I poached lobster meat, then vacuum sealed it in its butter poaching liquid. It's been completely sealed in a food saver bag...for two years. It shows no sign of any air issues nor freezer burn. What do you think I could expect from the texture of the meat?

Probably more mealy (mealier?) than when it was fresh, but it should be fine to eat.

Not sure what the texture will be like.
Leave vacuum sealed and heat it up as if you were sous viding(spelling?).
ETA: I personally would not eat it just because it's 2 years old and that is a long arse time to keep something in your freezer. With that being said, it won't kill you.

I think it will be fine, I would not hesitate to eat it.

Throw it in macaroni and cheese. It'll be fine.

I'd eat it, provided that the package is still sealed. It's probably better used in a dish like the aforementioned mac n cheese, or diced smallish and used in a dip/salad/spread. Texture may be mushy after prolonged freezing.

You think someone else has already performed this experiment?
Let us know your findings, son.
