I hope you had a nice Father's Day and enjoyed your stew. You'll get some suggestions to include more seasoning and perhaps use shell on shrimp.

Nah. We used Louisiana crab boil then smothered it with old bay after.

Name is deceiving, you drain immediately and then serve according to the recipes I just looked at. I’d eat it

There’s a little town in SC called Frogmore.

Frogmore stew, Beaufort stew, lowcountry boil, that’s various local names for what that combination is called here.
