I take whatever in my coffee. Before my gf quit drinking it, my god.. she would get her 28oz coffee mug, put 9 to 10 teaspoons of sugar, about 4 of the plastic cups of hazelnut and french vanilla EACH and then add regular creamer. Forget the caffeine high, she was high on sugar all day with that much in it.
