Today was soft opening and took a coworker who's from Philly there because apparently there are no passable Italian hoagies in the city (including Stein's) well apparently this one passed muster and myself never having had an Italian hogie, tasted pretty damn good to me. Can't wait til they get the full menu going, looking forward to the Monday special, Chicago style Italian beef

ETA they are ridiculously slow at making a cold cut sandwich, hopefully they get better

The hallmark of a Jersey Italian deli.

Drove by yesterday and there must’ve been 50+ people in line. Couldn’t figure out what the deal was. Sounds good. Delicious begins with “Deli.”

It’s a really really popular pop up with a big following that just opened a brick and mortar.

Their sandwiches look incredible to me.

Had the pop up several times and everything has been delicious. Good ppl behind it as well. Happy to have them fill that need in the city.

Got the chicken parm and the meatball when they were doing pop-ups at the Rabbit’s Foot place…both very good, gonna give them some time to get in rhythm at the new place before we go back

Same. Great for them. That stretch of Tchoup is really turning into what Magazine was 15-20 years ago.

Went today based on this thread. Food took a while, but nothing out of the ordinary.
I got the Italian…fantastic
Others got Betty white(shredded chicken, provolone, arugala, olive tapenade, artichokes) and the big V (hot chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fontina, vinegrette). These were awesome as well.
Big v was the best.
Got a chicken parm for dinner tonight. Will report back on this.

Has anyone been to Sanguiche at Zony Mash? Similar concept in food truck/pop up form.

Sanguiche

Had a chicken parm at one of their pop-ups a few months ago. It was fine but Francolini’s was definitely better.

Wow. I couldn’t imagine eating two of those sandwiches in one day.
