I like their stuffed chickens and boudin.
The READY MADE Crawfish Etoufee is good and the Shrimp/Corn Soup is also good.
Bought some Boudin balls- frozen, have not yet tried them.

Talk to Bryan ... he will not lie to you.

The rice dressing base is excellent. Just make rice, heat it up and toss in the rice. Delicious. Their fresh sausage stuffing is very flavorful in the chickens and other stuffed meats.

The meat pies aren't traditional, but the meat is well seasoned and they're easy to bake in the oven. They're in puffed pastry. I'm not as fond of the crawfish pies. Too cheesy for my taste. Not a typical crawfish pie filling.

Friend of mine used to love the stuffed quail.

I've been curious if they were any good. I hear their commercials on the radio quite regularly.
