Just an FYI for the black iron fans on the board. I talked the folks at Scardina on Coursey into stocking flat-nosed stainless steel cooking spoons because I was having a god-awful time finding them. They've even been so kind as to order in 3 different handle lengths: 12", 14", and 16".

How is the quality of Krazy Kajun cast iron cookware? I'm looking at getting the 8.5 quart dutch oven but I can't find any reviews.

Went to Krazy Kajun today and got a flat nose spoon. Met Shane and looked around his shop. I was very impressed with his fabrication and he was very helpful. If you're looking for a boiler, fryer, cast iron, etc. you need to check him out.

Are his cast iron pots made here or does he import them from China?
