I hardly look at the forum other than to see what Pete Vasquez may have posted. He's rather humorous at times. The poster named Aboy pretty much diluted the place and he's probably going to need some therapy without it.
Before Katrina, TF's forum has some good info from some quality posters and it was a busy place. There was a short reprieve after Katrina, but it didn't last for a variety of reasons.

Many, but I usually had a self-righteous tone. One of the longest, most-provoking themes was antagonizing Tom for eating at expensive restaurants, claiming he is a Christian, and not caring about those who suffer from starvation. I believe it led him to donate $1000 to a charity. Whether he gave that money or not, I do not know.

No it's your fault for not ignoring some internet board comment, poke or irritation. Did you ever think to say to someone when they are prodding, poking or telling you complete BS, trying to get you into an argument :you may be right" and just leave it at that. That can diffuse many situations and leave the agitator with nowhere to go with his rant.
