Finally hit up The Wurst Biergarten in downtown Lafayette this weekend

A couple of my friends and I finally headed out to the Wurst Biergarten downtown and I came away very impressed. This spot is a hell of an addition to downtown. They have a small but solid tap list( Great Raft All My Tomms, Gnarley Barley Big DIPA, Cajun Wit, Envie, a few Terrapin beers, etc.) and are expanding to sixteen taps soon. They serve brats, boudin, and fries which all looked pretty good. There is a little area to play cornhole, frisbee, throw around the football, etc. Lots of folks brought their dogs. It's just a really good place to day drink. Lafayette sorely needed something like this downtown. I highly recommend it to you baws.

I'm just glad we have a good option to day drink outside. I love hitting up Parish and Whole Foods but I really enjoy drinking good beer outdoors in nice weather.

I'm at trivia 1-2x a month, prob the same for Whole Foods on Saturdays. We've definitely crossed paths.

I'm sure I've seen you at parish then
Its in a great spot for me as I work nearby. I feel very fortunate to have easy access to it especially when reading all of the ghost hunter threads on here

A buddy of mine said they were out on Saturday afternoon. Did they release more after Saturday?

Their facebook page said they should have enough to last through the weekend and they would update the page when they sold out.... I guess they didnt update the page
