Finally ate at Roux 61

It has always been so crowded. Had the butterflied shrimp. Tasted like they had been frozen, really disappointed...

I’ve eaten a lot of shrimp in my life, most good, some bad, but there has never been a moment in my life that I said “taste like these have been frozen”.

I've eaten there many times and the only thing I didn't like was a shrimp poboy that had butterfly shrimp on it. You just picked the wrong thing.

They probably were frozen kind of like the shrimp that 99% of restaurants serve.
