#1 Trillium on my list to try. I've had a couple of their others than they're all solid. Trill profile comes off as almost "milky" to me

NBD is another one.
Just pulled the pork shoulder out at 205F. Drink a beer while it rests, then it gets a brown sugar rub to build a nice sweet crust under the broiler.

Here's the recipe if anyone is interested. There are some tweaks I probably made, but I started here.

Momofuku's Bo Ssam

All that extra yeast those East Coast brewers leave in the beer. #YeastCoastIPAs
For the record I'm not a hater of them, however I know there are some beer folks out there who roll their eyes at these hazy and turbid IPAs. I say bring on the variety

I'm in the same boat as you--the more variety the better! Funny because the hazy is such a new thing. I believe that's why Alchemist advertises to drink their beers from the can--they were some of the first to do the hazy beer and back then people used to think it was a flaw. Ergo, to negate the thought, just suggest they don't look at it haha
