I really need to go for a run this evening, but I'm tired after yard work all day (damn leaves), and now the Saints are playing. I think I'll just sit here and drink.

I have not run since Tuesday. I am hoping the layoff will help with my back, which has been giving me problems. I'll be out there again tomorrow at lunch, weather permitting.

I was waiting for Lakewood Brewing to start bottling their Belgian IPA- Hopp Trappe. Is supposed to happen any day now.

Have you tried Deep Ellum's Pollinator? I heard them talking about on a Dallas Radio talk station as I was driving through the other week. Sounded interesting.
