i dont care who you are, 2000+ miles in 3 days is not much fun. well, unless you're a truck driver.

hopefully i can snag some more sweetwater while cruising through GA.

oh yea, and i begin some crazy classes monday, that's the last weekend of freedom part.

My bad bruh I figured you had someone riding with you and could break it up. Driving that much defintiely sucks. I start a crazy job on Monday so I feel you to some degree. Endeavor to preserve like a boss.

Ham,

Pick up some of the Monday Night Drafty Kilt while you're in Atlanta. Really nice scotch ale. Sweetwater has two really nice Dank Tank series on the shelves as well

What's a cost per pound...? of getting a crew to go up to Virginia to cater crawfish..?

What you know about smoked deer sausage mac n cheese? Yeah its pretty good. Bout to finish off this Saison Brett and move on to a few Founder's Centennials. ETA: Saison Brett unbelievably drinkable at 8.5% btw.

he's got the boss spread sheet, so i can't answer that right now. we're also doing a big gumbo and jambalaya, so those must be accounted for somehow.

for this long a haul, I would take a ballpark guess of $25-35 per pound.

Oh I see how it is Ryno. I will match that Centennial as soon as it gets cold.

a good big about both, actually. smoked deer sausage is the way to go. I haven't gotten fresh made sausage in years.

Someone gave it to my mom at work. She called me and said "I assume you can do something with this deer sausge?" Yeah bring that shite home. It was fresh but going somewhat unused so I smoked it the other day while I was smoking brisket. I thought about making it a smoked deer sausage and andouille mac n cheese but I figured I'd save that for breakfast while I break out a FBD thread at 8 AM.
