Actually the carbonation wasn't really a problem. I opened it over the sink just in case, but I just poured slowly and it came out fine. Certainly no Rayon Vert.

FBD:

Start a 1000 mile drive tomorrow at 8pm after work, so I decided I need to drink a little tonight.

Last weekend of freedom.

Heading to Lynchburg Va to cater crawfish. Friday we'll find a place to grab a bite (r2r gave me some good places off of yelp), then out all night. Boil the bugs saturday and serve at noon. Drive back to Atlanta or Auburn and go out saturday night. Finish the trip sunday.

sleep.

Oh you poor bastard. :eyeroll: Sounds like a boss trip IMHO. I'm planning on sitting by the pool all day tomorrow and Friday since my 3 month vacation abruptly comes to an end Monday. BTW this beer is not only good but awesome to look at. There's all kinds of stuff swimming in it, looks like a picture of the Milky Way.
