It was delicious. I'd say a sure competitor with Imperial Reserve.
ETA A little more on Teche. DDH Cocodrie is legit and I think a lot of my fellow beer nerds will want to get their hands on it. Techticles was good and lived up to the hype. My wife loved Miel Sauvage ....it was OK but not exactly my style. The coffee kolsch was good I thought. I'd drink it again.
I thought the tap room had the best atmosphere of a tap room I've ever been to. The tour was awesome....the dad of the guys that own it was a great ole coonass guide. The other activities were awesome as well including song trivia. One of the best things was the mobile cigar lounge...those guys were awesome. Me and my friend got a couple of good smokes and smoked them right there in the lounge drinking good beer and watching the end of the ATL/Philly game. It was a great time.
