No. I had them on the plate in alphabetical order. I ranked them as follows:
1. Menard's
2. T-Boy's
3. Best Stop
4. Billy's
1 and 2 very very close. Billy's, which I normally rank highly, did not score well for me today because it was too smoky for regular boudin.

Our batch had a good consistency, but it tasted mildly smoked. This was a tasting of regular boudin and not smoked boudin, so several points were deducted.

We something similar last year and ranked these as follows:
1. T-Boy's
2. Kartchner's
3. Billy's
4. Jerry Lee's
All were of a similar quality. I really like the liver flavor in T-Boy's.

Co-Worker just brought this in. It is probably one of the best tasting brews I've had in a LONG time. Am seriously impressed.

Much fun! You need to seek out Menard's. It is in Duson, just West of Scott. It is more meaty than T-Boys and slightly more spicy. We are talking degrees of greatness.
