I live in Avalon Park. Extreme east side of Orlando. Big planned community full of individual gated subdivisions. Each subdivision has its own price range/size houses.

It's a toll brothers house so if it looks the same...my guess tat was his builder as well.

No FBD yet... Did some poking around the mangroves in lower Tampa Bay this morning and had a welcome sight. Not a big snook but a snook nonetheless. After the freeze in 2010 these guys have been pretty scarce in these parts as the snook population was pretty much wiped out. Looks like the population is starting to rebound..

FBD Soon!

We use to tear the snook up out of Clearwater. Did so for several years until the big fish kill. To this day....I'd take a snook in the pan over ANY other type of fish....by a large margin too. Snook is the shat!

SBD Rodeo Clown. Your boudin ball comment is making me hungry, might walk to St Lawerence for dinner. Was going to get a Johnny's poboys but they keep changing this fricking weather delay on me and now its too late.

We hold a private golf tourney out at Innisbrook every year for some customers. Half of the group will charter fish out Clearwater and the other half plays golf. Back when the snook fishing was kicking, we'd never leave leave the coastal fishing.

It's a 2 day event so most guys do golf one day and fish the other. But we always meet up in the afternoon and go eat at Ozona Blue in Palm Harbor...the grouper Bimini is the absolute fish tits at that place!

Yeh...pretty sure MW is a 417 and turnpike intersection subdivision..... I think they were developing that area at about the same time they were building Avalon Park.

Probably about 20 miles apart though. But that was during the building boom when builders were duplicating floor plans in every other subdivision.
