Awesome, and mostly. I had to make a few changes but followed the framework. Plus adding rosemary.

Been forever since I brewed. How did you do your cold crash? I used to seal the whole fermentor and throw it in the fridge. Never had any oxidation. But not sure if I’d remember how to brew a beer these days.

My biggest risk of oxidation was dry hopping, but fortunately no problems.

I had a spunding valve and I was pressure fermenting in a keg. I didn’t even think about it. I guess the valve works both ways. Chalk it up to experience.
