Fellas, update. My Jewish Princess who suggested a date tonight hasn't gotten back to me with her thoughts on the time or her info. I'm thinking if she does reach out i can pull a power play and say let's reschedule. Also, I'm into a delicious 17 percenter and prepping for my date with Pammy Cakes tomorrow. I don't know why I'm doing this but I'm planning to smoke a fricking chicken. Also asparagus, cornbread, and candied smoked bacon as an app.

FBD never came, went straight to red. Vet visit was good considering the possibilities. Big pup only had a broken toe, nothing more serious. She's zonked out on pain meds now.

I've never been able to get a crisp skin on my smoked chickens. I've tried suggested methods, but no luck. Finishing the chickens in the oven briefly at 475ish helps.

Wash chicken, pat dry as hell. I mean dry. Let air dry overnight in fridge, season the next day ... 250 until 130’sh IT and then crank the fricker up as high as you can until 165 IT.
