NBD is a smooth 14% barleywine from Spindletap. Visually looks like shite, but all of the flavors and layers of depth are there

I just had some ribs at Rib Fest that were so bad it made me fricking angry. I actually smoke my ribs and they are 100x better than this shite. I wanted to throw them away but I need food. frick.

I paid $19 for a half rack today that were so fricking over cooked they fell off the bone when I picked them up. I’m cooking my own from here on out!
