Avery IPA at the Denver airport.

Have a layover before I catch my connecting flight to San Fran. Ladies and gentlemen, many good beers will drank this weekend.

Jealous. If I had to leave Charleston, San Francisco would be my top choice. Their beer selection will be incredible. Check out The Monk's Kettle for a great beer bar. You will not be disappointed, I promise. Also, you should try and check out a Giants (they are playing the Dodgers) game. I went to a Giants-Padres series recently. AT&T Park is absolutely incredible.

Yes R2R, have a great time and be safe.

My FBD will have to wait for a while. Headed out to dinner with friends at Flemings where I will likely have a G&T to start out. Anybody know if they have a decent beer selection? Nothing online. I have not been there in a couple of years.

Very nice B!

I thought the FBD crew may appreciate the BEER section of the email I wrote to my friends that are coming up this weekend. Here it is:

BEER---I have a ton of beer in the fridge but there is one BIG caveat. Please refrain from grabbing beer from the door. Most of these are ones that I have traded for and that I have saved for this weekend to share with you guys. However, there are some rare beers that I would like to at least share with you guys and gals. This is not to say that we won't drink these beers, lets just discuss before we open a $30 11 oz beer

Had to be said...especially after this one friend cracked open a Hitachino I had never tried. Same friend also drank 4 tecate within 2 hours of his arrival last night (Tecate only in house because of guests).

thanks for the heads up

They gave me a heads up and i picked them up the day they hit the shelves.

I had to rebuild a fence and its on my way to lowe's. Basically anytime i go to lowes i come back with tools, equipment, and beer

Ill pick up an earthmonk and a couple 1809s next time i can afford it. Sadly i blew through some money during the hurricane and its aftermath.

You work quick!

I grabbed one last weekend. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems to be highly regarded. I did have a bit of sticker shock when they rang it up.

How's that one? I've only had their Coconut Porter - which I thoroughly enjoyed.
