I was disappointed in their beer selection. It's not much better than Winn Dixie. I thought we were gonna have a Nola type of whole foods selection. Maybe it'll get better over time. There's not much room in there though.
Give them time. You see how much shelf space they gave to THA? Once that stock goes away they will eventually start bringing in some new brews. They gotta get the market down first. I have faith.

FBD is a hibiscus ale. Just got done cutting the grass. It didn't need a cut, but I'm home alone with my MIL and I needed to get out of the house.

Sounds good. I haven't had Opus yet.

ages well imo.
My first Hopslam was about 6 months old. I thought it was okay, nothing special. Then someone pointed out that it hadn't been brewed in 6 months. My can didn't have dates on it. I had been real excited that I found some after hearing folks on this board talk about it. Was real disappointed to find out it was old. I finished the sixer, though, and didn't think it was that bad. Found out later that it's definitely better, fresh...

NBD is a Big DIPA. Impressed by this one:

Simcoe really coming through right now. Curious how this evolves.

the fruited IPAs really took over gose as the hottest beer of 2016

I've had fresh hopslam in 2015. It's definitely better fresh obviously. But this 4 month old slam I have isn't far off. It is a favorite of mine so I don't mind if it is aged a bit.

NBD is a New Belgium Botanical IPA. Boozy.

FBD is an Opus Vert.
I agree with urinetrouble. This Simcoe is kicking in this for sure. Really digging this beer. I'm curious how they utilized Mosaic, because it's not dominating here like it seems to do in other beers.
