Figured the early game deserved a beer and a thread 
Also, in process of FrenchPressing a beer I've sat onfor a while

French Pressing it with Marshmallow and graham cracker, so taking a base stout and changing the flavor

I saw another poster do it and joined a group on FB that has recipes for turning base stouts into adjuncts.
My favorite one I've done is Reve with toasted coconut
I've also done a few BCBS with things like peppers, coconut, mint, peanut butter, oreas, etc.
