FBD was Wiseacre Tiny Bomb pilsner
SBD was Karbach Weisse Versa
3&4BD were Crosscut Clusterfrick

All while building a stuffed animal jail. Or zoo, according to my wife

NBD: bottled March 6, 2014

This Lasso is pretty damn good, I've had 2 IPA's today that I've really enjoyed so far

I didn't love Lasso. I wanted more from it.

It may just be a personal preference but I think it compares to SoPro (although that may not be a ringing endorsement )

FBD waiting for some coals to catch.

Can't decide how I feel about this one. It's got nice citrus and piney hop flavor up front, but a notable sticky bitterness on the finish, which doesn't make it very sessionable. I like my single IPAs to be more refreshing. Hardly any aroma as well.

Still enjoyable.

NOPE

Some really love SoPro, however. It's purely a personal preference thing. Lasso was the first session IPA I tried and I don't think it compares favorably to other examples of the style. All Day, Go To, both of those are better.

See I like All Day and I think I would drink Lasso over it, but again that just may be personal preference

Kim, I'm at flying saucer!

BD after the Gus's fried chicken 25oz and many exotic drinks at the casino. Along with winning big at the casino and paying for the entire trip. 90minute

That chicken looked fantastic.

NBD Jai Alai

duece, get your hands on some Sculpin or Jai Alai and give it a shot. Since IPAs are something you're just getting started with, those are solid examples of the style that you should be able to acquire easily and you'll likely enjoy them.

Flying Saucer has best pizza in Sugar Land, IMO. Get the pizza with chicken, bacon and sausage. Only problem with that place is it's SO popular, can be a while before waited on if sitting at a table. Sitting at the bar is good beer service.

Top 5 thing I've ever eaten. Seriously. I know a little bit about food, and that shite is so well executed it blows my mind.

FBD - Stone Smoked Porter with Chipotle Peppers

Interesting. Nice balance of smoke and fresh jalapeño flavor. Not super spicy like some of these pepper beers can be.
