FBD after dinner. This has a little age on it and it is still quite good. Very good.

FBD is a Sustained Transient Self dipa from Tired Hands. It's good.

I loved it at first as well for the same reasons you brought up. Then I started noticing that without the normal office distractions, I get lost in my work, look up at the clock and realize it's 3pm and I haven't gotten off of my arse once yet. i have less control over myself with the kitchen being 30 feet away instead of 30 miles away as well. I've gained about 20 pounds and am convinced the increased inactivity is taking years off of my life.
It's led to what I think is building depression as I sit in the corner of my basement alone in the quiet for 10 hours a day.
NOTE TO OTHERS, THIS IS NOT THE 9/11 FBD THREAD, I'M JUST RESPONDING TO A POST FROM YESTERDAY
I'm sorry to hear that, and that sucks. I'm a people person myself, and it helps that for our meetings we video conference so I can see people. I also live in the middle of a neighborhood that's got a lot of bars and restaurants and people always around, so I hit three different places yesterday throughout my workday. A bar, a Capital One Cafe, and a coffee shop, doing work the whole time. I put in almost 8,000 steps just walking between them. Have you tried "commuting" to a place like a Starbucks each day that has wifi? Just going somewhere at a certain time would likely help. Also, go for a run or walk at your lunch time every day. Part of working from home is flexibility to do shite you never could when you were cooped up in an office.
Not to bring down the board, but if you seriously think there may be building depression, talk to someone. Doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you, just that you can get some outside suggestions and perspective.
Also, WESKARL, those home theater speakers...I thought I had a nice setup and I do, but dam son. What are those?
