FBD is an Elysian Space Dust IPA. Had no idea this made it here. Apparently I don't care that they are owned by AB-InBev, because this is delicious.

Man, but how are you going to pass up those first two options?

No America on tap? That Budweiser is a mega shelf turd

I have not noticed a difference in the beer since the "sell out". I have always had problems finding fresh Elysian in bottles - before and after Inbev, but I have no problem ordering it on tap.
Dayglow is another really good IPA by Elysian.
Elysian makes a number of decent pumpkin ales. I usually sample a few different pumpkin beers and then order a single obligatory pint of pumpkin ale each fall. Punkuccino was my choice the last two years, although some say that The Great Pumpkin is better. Night Owl tastes exactly like pumpkin pie.

As long as everyone keeps their jobs and the brewers are allowed to do their thing I dont see why there is really a reason to care.

10 Barrel got bought out, too. That doesn't mean that their rooftop bar isn't

Drink a 2011 BCBS
Then drink a 2015 BCBS.
The 4 years of extra age doesn't make it that different.

Afternoon off today. Just picked these from the garden and cracked open the Andygator.

Lagunitas is coming here and will produce exclusive beers. Pretty pumped about this

Lagunitas is under contract with the beautiful Southend Brewery and Smokehouse of Charleston, SC to convert the long time brewpub to a new Lagunitas TapRoom and Beer Sanctuary in the heart of Old Charleston on famous East Bay Street. This turn-of-the-century landmark will be a cornerstone location for Lagunitas in the Southeast, offering small batch beers that are exclusive to the Charleston TapRoom and brewed in the existing 10-barrel brewhouse. The Taproom also offers two different floors of event space, which we will make available to local non-profits for their fundraising efforts. A Grand Opening party and more information to come in the near future.

Nice. I keep wondering why some of the bigger craft breweries don't do more of this. Lagunitas, Oskar Blues, Deschutes, Firestone Walker, etc... I know that 10 Barrel has 3 brewpubs, Deschutes has a couple, and Fatheads has several.
I think having a brewpub in a place like Charleston would be a great way to promote your beer. Especially, since I'm sure it will be a first class facility with great food.
