This Vendy Awards thing is legit. Already kinda full and still have 5 trucks to go. Best thing so far was Foodie Call's short rib slider. La Cocinita's pulled pork plantain chip nacho was solid too.

Back home after dining out. Had a kickass NY strip medium rare with sauteed shrooms and creamed spinach. A Tanq and tonic and a glass of malbec.
FBD is a Stone Go To IPA. This beer has a great nose and starts strong, but is a little thin on the back end. This beer is perfect for session drinking IMO. Personally, I'd rather drink fewer more flavorful, high gravity beers. Not many fewer though.

I drove by after dinner didn't look to crowded. I was too stuffed to stop in and eat. Sounds really cool glad they have special items. Foodie call and Cocinita are tops in town IMO.

Fella let us try the T-Bois IPA. NICE! The perfect amount of smoke. Their name, Bonfire IPA, totally captures the taste. I'd drink the piss out of this on a late September night with a fire.
