My neighbor came over for beer share with this fine brew, and here I was thinking we were friends
I'm not so sure anymore

No8 - your buddy is doing his best to drink every IPA in Portland. It's a futile effort, since there are currently almost 700 different IPAs on tap in Portland, but he's giving it the old college try. He's tried some stuff I haven't even tasted, yet.

I've had that on tap a few times lately at The Chimes and it is really good.

FBD is a Baron/Jester King Noblesse Oblige

Very light and refreshing Biere de garde. Subtle honey with a little funk. I'm a fan.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

2BD is another Envie.

This beer is a tasty treat. Vanilla, coconut in the middle finished with a small warm burn. 10.6% If their barrel program goes as well as this and their plum sour I had, damn. Will all be brewery only releases. Very excited for these guys up in the woods of Montgomery.

FBD - Block 15 Intergalactic Hop Shop. This is the second batch of this, and sorry to say, it is not as good as the first batch was... Still damn good, but the finish is a little harsh...

Above average IIPA and a very good IPL. Hell I'll even say they have a great pils. I think there are a few who have had the IIPA at least. (rajin) They're tap only for now and just had their first special release Saturday. They have a good breakfast stout too.

They've got some active Brett barrels and sours going on right now. They had a lot of one offs in heaven hill barrels and some others they will make a release of in the future.

I thought their DIPA I had was great. Was a while back and haven't seen it since. Also, their saison hop series beers I've had were great IMO. Would love for them to package soon.

List - thoughts on rocket fuel in cans?
