It's good but nothing groundbreaking. They take some chances and make fun stuff; some works & some doesn't. I don't care for their new space; it's in an industrial park, and it's super sterile.

I was just there. 70% fruit beers and the IPA's were ok. I left without buying anything.

If you are moving close to US you are also moving close to Saint Arnold and True Anomaly, not to mention Eureka Heights and Great Heights which are not too far from there. Way better spots to drink and hang and better beers IMO.

I don't think any of them make terrific and/or consistent beer across the portfolio. I like US' beer as much as any of them, but the brewery itself is a shite place to drink.

Bartender at Cooter Brown's said some of the folks involved in AR are looking to open another brewing operation in New Orleans. I'm not well versed on what went on there, but I got the impression the big brewer came from Other Half and left for the east coast once they closed. Hopefully they can crank out some similar quality beer if it happens.

Did that brewer make a pit stop at Southern Prohibition? I remember reading on here that somehow Southern Prohibition was involved
