t00f - The dates aren't out, yet, but Fort George's 3-Way may be released while you're in Portland. They have announced they are having a release party in Astoria on May 29th. Remains to be seen if they will be bringing cans to Portland for the weekend.
This year's breweries: Fort George/Holy Mountain/Modern Times. Should be a good one.

I was looking at a map last night of the breweries and the first one I was looking for was Fort George.
Not that far away.
I need to farm some logistics ahead of time and see when you can break free.

Fort George is one of the best brewery experiences in Oregon, IMO. They actually have 3 taprooms. They have a wood fired pizza place upstairs in the main building that serves a great pie. The best place I found is the Lovell Taproom, which is across the parking lot in the production brewery. That's where they serve the whales and the Beta experimental beers. Right now, the Betas are versions of the 3-Way (Beta 16.5 and 16.6).

FBD is a Funky Mimosa from B52, checking out the new Craft Beer Cellar in downtown Houston. Little sterile but they have a bunch of good shite on tap, and Szechuan Sauce & Shake cans. Also got some Moon Shoes. First time seeing a B52 Haze release south of the wall.
