2BD is a La Cumre Red Ryeot. First time trying this. As you expect from a red ale, it has plenty of malt that smells and tastes like brown sugar or caramel, but there is also plenty of bitter, spicy hops to balance out the malts. Reds and ambers aren't usually on my radar, but this is quite good.
