2BD, Gordon Biersch's take on the NE IPA. All of the Things Double IPA

Not on the Jucifer or Bloom level of NE hops, but this beer is really good. This beer is more carbonated has less of a hop profile and is slightly more thin than a Bloom. Even being able to compare it though is impressive. The color is amazing and the nose has a strong floral presence.

This is worth checking out at Gordon Biersch.

Then this is the year.

I am finishing off this 750 of Local 1 and reading about college baseball on the interwebs. I love this time of year.

SecondBD is interesting, sweet in the front with citrus and dry on the back end.

Find Avery's description interesting and somewhat true.

Going to see Aliens in a bit and need to squeeze in a few as the beer at Clearview is ok.

The Maharaja
YEAR ROUND BREWS
IMPERIAL INDIA PALE ALE
10.0% ABV
Maharaja is derived from the sanskrit words mahat, meaning “great”, and rajan, meaning “king”. Much like its namesake, this imperial IPA is regal, intense and mighty. With hops and malts as his servants, he rules both with a heavy hand. The Maharaja flaunts his authority over a deranged amount of hops: tangy, vibrant and pungent along with an insane amount of malted barley – fashioning a dark amber hue and exquisite malt essence. Welcome to his kingdom!

That's about it we skate up the east side of Lake Michigan to Benton Harbor and play all over and brewery hop.
