Let's touch base late next week and we'll figure something out.

I see what you did there!
Man I wish I lived closer to BR for the baseball... I used to go to a lot of regionals back when I was younger in the 90's and it was fun seeing all those future MLers...

I don't understand people that do that. I dabble in triathlons. I would do more if you didn't have to get up so early. Can you imagine if they played pro sports at 7am?

It is so great living close to The Box. I make almost every home game. I guess I've missed an average of 2 home games a year the last 20 years--Mother's Day and such. Since Mother's Day is an away game this year, I think I will make them all.

that is why God and Al Gore collaborated to invent DVR my friend...
I've been the suppport team on far too many ironmans, half ironmans, marathons, alcatrazzz, etc... I've done a few sprints but she is a beast. could be a pro cyclist if she would have started a bit younger. our bikes probably cost as much as our cars are worth.

At least you know your swimmers work!

People like your wife scare me a bit. I have a good friend that is kind of like that and I'm always thrown off. I run, but waking up at 3 to get a run in will never happen. I can get a 6AM run in, but that is my limit I think.

I can proudly say I was at Omaha in 1991 when LSU won their first CWS...I still have the ESPN video tape recording that a friend recored showing us in the crowd when we got back...I remember Lyle Mouton's titanic blast over the then 420 foot CF wall that was still going up when it cleared the wall...(only HR I've seen in person that was more majestic was Al Pujols against the Astros in the NLCS)...funny story, my friend, John Thomson (who eventually became a ML pitcher for colorado, atl, toronto, mets, etc... was with me and my other friend and all our dads at that CWS...the Pitcher for FLA in Game 1 was John Burke who got raped that night and also got drafted #1 by the Rockies that next year...my buddy Thomson ended up getting drafted in Round 7 out of Blinn by the Rockies later and he made it to the bigs over Burke....you know what they say about potential....

I know. I am riding a 15 year old bike. It was top of the line in 1998. I refuse top spend what they want for bikes these days....dagnamit. In my day, we rode on American steel and we liked it.

I am impressed. I made my first trip to Omaha in 1997. I am calling it a night. Work tomorrow is on my mind.
