FYI bywater hipsters, bourbon and whiskey are outpacing craft beer

Craft bourbon is a huge scene, from what I understand. I'm really interested in it, but wary about dipping my toes into it. I figure it'll be like beer and I'll get trapped. About to pull another beer if I can finish this shite bottle of wine.

2BD after a bottle of wine

KILLER

This is what I wish the first was. It makes me wish I had gotten a Luchador en Fuego to really enjoy this beer with proper barrel aging. The flavors are super complementary.

2BD - Boneyard Hop a Wheelie

Where yat? I like Ho a Wheelie better than many on this board. It is more pine than citrus, but it is a blast of hops.

Some Bourbon/beer place off 2nd in Seattle. Feel free to throw out some recs for the area. I know you were poaching hops recently.

Had some good recs from FDB memebers that are filed for this week, not enough time to hit all the food places.

NfewDD are old fashioneds with a view...

The best beers in Seattle are probably from Oregon. You already discovered Boneyard and pFriem. Look for Breakside and Barley Browns, too.
