I'm for sure in town for Bacchus and possibly for the super bowl if the saints make it. Hopefully for the saints because I won't have time for it during Mardi gras.

Either way, we're there 5-6 times a year so we'll make something happen.

Does that mean you're going to cook them, or eat them? I like a rare steak, but that's only half cooked. I at least try to get a little char on it before I start into it...

I'm still at work and looking for my FBD. Just not sure what I want.

I'm gonna SV at 120 for a bit then sear. My wife and I both eat them rare as can be, but it at least needs a sear.

Some ¡Viva Tequila! was broken out. This is SO good. Coop’d Up base. Light limey tart with a mellow tequila character. It’s like a margarita beer in the best way possible.

Their early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when Sports came out in '83,I think they really came into their own, commercial and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consimante professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to Elvis Costello, but I think Huey has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humour.
