FBD - The first beer of my first home brew. I bottled 2 weeks ago. Not bad. A little over-carbonated and not as hoppy as expected for an IPA.

Congrats! I'm sure they will only get better as you learn more.

I am too ADD to brew my own beer I think. Can you speed up the process in the microwave?

Thanks. I am going to try one every few days to see if the flavor matures or changes.

Haha. First time wasn't a walk in the park. I think the second time will be much easier now that I know what mistakes to avoid. The constant sanitizing in a nuisance.

For sure. I have helped a friend home brew and it was a pain in the arse. The result was well worth it though.

The amber ale I have on tap right now is hoppier than I expected... it happens. Still very drinkable.

It should. The one I've got has definitely gotten better in just the week+ since I kegged it.

I think it's an average beer. Better than Abita Amber or Covington brews but falls short of what this board considers "good" beer.
