FBD is a whiskey cocktail at a local distillery in Sperryville, Virginia called Copper Fox. Coolest setting of any distillery/brewery I’ve ever been to.

Couple racks of ribs for the rubber match. Butts aren’t rubbed because they’re going towards a batch of boudin, just want a bit of smoke to the meat.

This area really is beautiful. We’ve been enjoying our time here. We did hit up Pen Druid yesterday - thanks for the tip.
Hitting up some of the wineries in the area today, then have dinner at The Inn at Little Washington tonight.

So I just left my bags at baggage claim JFK. My flight only had an hour and a half layover and after customs, I only had 35 minutes to get to my next flight. I hope they don't touch my beer....
