It's Happening!

Revolution Double Fist
3F Zombie Dust
3F Alpha King
Half Acre Daisy Cutter

After dropping major coin on a bunch of week old dusty IPA's from the Chicago area and some BA shelf turds. More garage filler.

I enjoyed it a lot fresh, but I hear that beer is the bomb with a year on it. I have one from last year. Might wait until we get some of this year's to compare.

NBD - Armadillo Ale Works Greenbelt Farmhouse Ale.

Usually the citrus I get from saisons is lemony, but this one is decidedly orange/tangerine. Very interesting. Thanks Zappa! Nice canned saison.

I hope so. I think all their accounts get some. I found a couple 4-packs in Beaumont in early January, so you would think BR should get some this winter.

I think it is one of the best standard imperial stouts out there (i.e. no adjuncts, not barrel-aged, etc.).

Its great, no doubt. Speaking of standard stouts:
Ive had Narwhal a couple times recently and its ridic
Also, maybe I'm a sucker for Novelty, but the Finch's Secret Stache Stout was really really good
I only had it on draft at Pelican and it was called "Secret Stache in the Woods" for some reason, so I dont know if that means it was something different.

Barrel Aged variant

It's like 5% even after the aging, making it one of the smallest BA stouts I've ever had.

I agree

Pour a little bourbon in there and you have a poor man's BCBS...or so says a poster known for making pour man's versions of things despite having access to the rich man's versions.
