This beer is a good bit visibly lighter. Almost brown. Probably improved the hop profile by lightening the color. Still enough roast to make it a black IPA I guess. Not really a style, so as long as it drinks good. And it do drink good
Always liked this beer a lot.

FBD was a 9/20, Green Beer, now a 9/26 DH. Tastes good out the can but more research is needed:

Pour it in a glass--what does it look like? The ones I've had were much lighter in appearance than previous batches.
