1st time that I've bought yeast since going to all-grain. The brew store guy was like, "This is some bad stuff, it will infect everything... You do understand that?"

I've had good results with Wyeasts blends in the past.

My only pointer with that one would be to watch your IBUs... In my experience anything above 10 IBUs and you will see low levels of pedio and lacto activity

I'm aiming for 8.5. The Citra and the remaining Willamette are for dry hopping the beer that I pull out of my barrel.

I don't like this Pumking very much. What do yall call the big 22oz bottles? Whatever it is, I'm not sure I can drink the whole thing..
