That kinda looks like Crux Fermentation Project, without grass. Dogs, Adirondack chairs, and cornhole. If you have food carts and a band, then it's even more the same.

Was going to meet a coworker after work there today, pulled into the parking lot and it was chock a block full so came home. Close to the house, will have to try again soon

I was skeptical too, but wanted to test the set up before drowning some steaks -- 40 mins @ 165, never had an egg with this kind of consistency, not quite soft boil but far far from the chalky over boil:
