I'm pretty sure it was a cool $12 at the brewery. At that price, it's twice as much as Envie. I've seen it in stores at $8-9 though.

The problem is Envie is really fricking good and really fricking cheap. When that's the frame of reference, most stuff is going to pale in comparison. Brightside is fine. If we didn't have Parish, I'd have gone nuts over it.

But we do.

SBD so I cracked this Envie from Curds and it reminded me of the Barry juice I just brewed.....Same color....Mouth feel.....So I did a sideXside....Not saying the new Barry juice is as good as Envie....But it is very, very similar.

I don't really like pilsners in general, but this is definitely the best craft version I've had.

That's just wrong. This is the best batch of G&G, but it came out at the wrong time. If it had come out 6 months ago I'd be totally with you. The most recent Ghost has been the best in a year plus, and it's better than the G&G. As a huge Envie homer, I'll say that this batch of Ghost made me pause for a second when I say that Envie is the best beer Parish brews.

We will see what happens with the next batches, at this point I remain suspect of everything. I'll probably be back on my Envie pounding bandwagon in a week.

you've lost it, so we had to wait on ghost to taste half arse and now it's better than G&G? False
