That was on the list. New place in Evansville called Tin Man, friend said it is nothing to scream about, but might get some to try.

NBD: Port Mongo DIPA This is a pretty nice beer. And don't bite your tongue regarding Tall Grass on my account. It's the most inconsistent beer I've ever experienced.

Haha...glad you like that one. Tallgrass was ok, but it wasn't Abita or anything.

Bb2 a homerun?

Unless it has develpoed a whole lot in a month, I will respecfully disagree with your assessment

Yep. No complaints whatsoever. DR13 was kind of meh... Buy this one was like a fantastic sour stopped halfway on its way to greatness and just slightly sour but still very good.

I wil advise not using my recipe. This is the first time I've made it and I used ever clear. shite makes for a Great time. I used like 20 lemons and got the zest and poured liquor in a pitcher. Let it sit for about a month with zest and then it's golden.

I'll make some and send it in return of some Russian river goods. Haha.

You are tasting the aging in chardonnay. I dont consider that a souring effect, especially for an old ale.

Just feel like SA mailed this one in. Basically recycling DR12. also got hardly any cherry flavor.

NBD: Anderson Valley Heelch O'Hops via BXN

This one is just okay... I'm picking up some funky roasty notes on the back end that are a little distracting.

Yeah, that one was a bit different. But I wasn't sure if it was just me. Just okay is a fair description.

I agree with you on this one. BB1 was a home run. BB2 was very meh. It had no identity.

Did you pick up that weird roasty thing, too? It reminds me almost of burnt roux.

Just found out I have a few bombers of Westbrook Shane's Big DIPA coming my way.

What did you think of that two-term IPA? I had it twice in the HAT and thought it was awful...
