What’s the starter for? What you brewing this weekend? I just kegged another Mexican Lager. I’ve perfected this recipe. Easy drinker.

2 weeks at about 95 degrees. I use Bootleg Regal Lager Yeast. It’s a blend. I’ve done the traditional lager with Wyeast Mexican Lager yeast and this is better in my opinion.

NDD Browntown craft cocktail time here at lefty’s. Zaps inspired me to go with gifs to up the check in game.
